Shipping policy

I ship domestically and internationally. Please be kind when contacting me about shipping issues/wait time. Failure to do so will result in a permanent block on all future orders from the website. I will not be able to help you.

Items will be shipped from USPS, unless otherwise noted or stated. Please note that once your packages leave my possession, I am neither responsible nor have control over their actions. If your package is missing, please contact the assigned carrier.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. I do my best to ship within 2-5 days, but as we all know, life happens! Hence the extra padding.
  • Most orders will come with tracking through USPS. Larger orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
  • Art prints will be mailed in rigid mailers with cardboard backing.
  • Canvas art will be wrapped and shipped in boxes.
  • If you have issues with shipping, please contact the appropriate carrier. I am NOT liable for missing or damaged packages, as they are out of my control. Your beef is with them, not me. But, I will help you in any way I am able. Trust me, I want you to get your package just as much as you do, but my powers are limited. :(

  • In order for me to aid you regarding refunds or replacements, you must e-mail me a copy of your completed USPS, FedEx, or UPS form.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on where you live. It can take up to 10 business days for your package to arrive.

International Shipping:

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-10 business days.
  • All international orders will come with tracking through USPS. 
  • Art prints will be mailed in rigid mailers with cardboard backing.
  • Canvas art will be wrapped and shipped in boxes.
  • International shipping will take at least 15 days. To be safe, please allow 4 weeks for your shipment to arrive.
  • If you have issues with shipping, please contact USPS. I am NOT liable for missing or damaged packages. Once they leave my possession, there is not much I can do. Your beef is with the carrier, not me. But, I will help you in any way I am able.
  • Packages going through customs may have dues or surprise fees. I am not responsible for those.
  • International orders do not come with insurance. If your package is missing/lost/stolen/damaged, contact USPS. 
  • Due to restrictions set forth by USPS, I CANNOT ship to certain countries. To see if your country is affected, please click here to view their list of international mail service suspensions. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!
